Talib Kweliの新作はWarnerに移って、自身の新レーベルからのリリースとなった。もともと派手な人ではないが、多彩なProducerの起用によって、適度な振れ幅を持ちながら、まとまりのよいアルバムに仕上がっている。コンシャスでシンプルなところは変わりないが、Hip-Hopとして単純にかっこ良いTrackも多く、飽きのこない構成にもなっている。また、他地域からのGuestが多いのにもかかわらず、散漫にならずNYらしい作品でもある。
