前作では、すっかり良い人に変身してしまったR. Kellyだが、今作は本領発揮、本道のエロ路線を復活させた。タイトルからも判るように12Play(Twelve Play=TP)シリーズ3作目という位置付け。これで3年連続リリースとなるが唄作りの才能が枯渇することはなさそうだ。旬のゲストをいつもより多めに起用、レゲエ、レゲトンなども配置して、ミディアム・スロー中心でトラック的に単調になるところをうまく回避しているのもさすが。おまけのDVDは15-19の続き物大作PVで、これでまだ前半半分らしい。ただ、女性と聴くのは気恥ずかしいです。
