裁判を間近に控えてすっかり良い人になってしまったR.Kellyの昨年のChocolate Factoryに続く2枚組アルバム。各々のコンセプトを持つ2枚のアルバムがカップリングされており、1枚目のほうは、そのChocolate Factory(R.kellyの活動のベースとなるところ)からのラジオ実況のような形式で、フィーチャーされているのSteppersというダンスミュージック。(一種社交ダンスのようなものらしい)。同じような調子のトラックが続くが、アルバム全体でリラックス＆幸せな気分を醸し出している。2枚目はゴスペルがメインとなっていてラストにはアフリカ風リズムまで登場する。当然ながらスロー中心となるが、なかなかにスピリチュアルで感謝の気持ちに溢れたアルバムになっている。
