| Pharoahe Monchがロック畑の Daru Jones(ds), Marcus Marchado(g)と組んだトリオ、Th1rt3enの1st アルバム。前者はJack White, 後者はAnderson.Paakなどとの共演で知られた人のようだ。基本的トーンはストレート気味のロックをベースに、Monchが緩急取り混ぜだRapを繰り広げたもの。これに加え、⑫ではメロー、⑬では静謐で穏やかな唄がフィーチャーされている。Lyricのほうは大量消費主義、政治腐敗、警察の横暴、人種不平等などシリアスなテーマが多く、これをMonchが説き伏せるようなフローと、時に唄とで訴えかけてきている。 | ||
