Teedra Mosesの2004年秋のデビュー作。その当時で音楽業界での活動は3年と短く、その間ソングライティングなどしてたそうで、このアルバムでも全曲のクレジットに名を連ねている。全体的にはストレートなミディアム-スロー中心の構成だが、Hip-Hopぽいアレンジが効いていて、しっかり今風の作品となっている。あまりメジャーとはいえないPaul Poliがほとんどの曲をProduceしていて変化に乏しいきらいもあるが、結果的にTeedra Mosesの透明感のあるVocalを引き立てることに成功している。
