Syleena Johnsonの３年半ぶり5作目。この間、再婚と出産を果たしており、今回は自身のレーベルからのリリースとなった。そのせいか、Producerは少数精鋭化し、メジャーゲストも無しとなった。ミディアム～スロー中心の落ち着いた作品ではあるが、Autotuneを使った曲など、時流へのキャッチアップも忘れていない。しっとりとしたSyleenaのVocalは相変わらず表情豊かで、派手さは無いがまとまりの良いアルバムである。
