いまやNo.1プロデューサーチームの座を手中に納めた感のあるNeptunesが立ち上げたStartrakレーベルのお披露目的コンピレーションアルバム。途中のロック2曲を除いて全部NeptunesのProduceで、半分くらいのTrackを占めるレーベルアーティストのアルバムもおまけDVDによると2003秋に続々とリリースされるよう。多少の出来不出来はあるものの音数少ないながら芯の通っているNeptuneサウンドが繰り広げられている。
