Monicaの3年半ぶりのアルバム。デビュー15年らしいが、寡作でこれが5作目となる。アルバムリリースの2010年に30歳になり、2児の母にもなったこともあってか、落ち着いた大人のソウルを届けてくれた。曲調も名曲であるバラードの④をはじめ、ゆったりしたものが多く、その分、唄が重視されている。感情をこめたような曲もあり、Monicaもそれに耐えうるだけの表現力を勝ち得ている。Missy, Jim Jonsin, Pollow Da Don, Los DaMystroなどが今の音を織り込みながら、抑えたTrackでMonicaの魅力をうまく引き出してると思う。
