昨年に引き続いてのMissy Elliottの新作。アルバムの中で本人が語っているようにオールドスクールマナーと先鋭性の融合がテーマになっていて、そんなわけで珍しくサンプリングも使っている。とんがりかたは弱まったかもしれないがTimbalandのオールドスクールの料理の仕方は一味も二味も癖があってしっかり耳を引き付けてくれる。13Track目のAaliyahとLisaへの追悼曲とライナーのAaliyahへのメッセージが涙を誘う。
