Mary J. Blijeのデビュー10作目。名作といわれる2作目"My Life"の続きというべきか。中堅どころ＋定評のあるProducerを起用し、どのTrackも完成度がかなり高い。サウンド面での目新しさは無いが、それは最近のR&Bに全て当てはまること。唄のほうはメロディ志向なのか、悲愴感が消え、透明感というか瑞々しさも漂い、ここにきて進化と貫禄を見せる。アップからスローまでと曲調も多様で、Guestも豪華なので、聴き応え十分なアルバム。
