デビュー作がロングヒットとなったLyfe Jenningsの2作目。前作同様、1曲毎にモノローグがはいる。近年一定のポジションを得ている塩辛系直球シンガーの一人であるが、声は太くも細くも無く、中間くらいか。サウンドはとてもベーシックでアコースティックでゆったりとした曲調が中心となる。ギター一本というトラックもある一方、2曲にRapをかぶせているところでストリート志向を除かせている。本人中心のProduceかつサウンド的派手さは無いが、佳作ばかりで、最後まで聴かせきるだけものがある。
