前作から約半年という短い間隔でリリースされたKeith Sweatの新作は初のLive盤。その前作にも収録されていた"Twisted"がそのまま収められている。前作はこのLive盤のプロローグだったというわけだろう。とりあげられている曲はほとんどキャリア前半のアルバム収録曲でアップな曲からバラードへと進行していく。R&Bライブの王道をはずれることなく熱くて濃厚な作品。
