ライブ + 未発表集の2枚組アルバム。メインはライブのほうで、事実上全曲が1年前のデビュー作に収められている。タイトルにあるようにライブは8/26のワシントンDCでのもので、ライブとしてはあくまでも余計な装飾のないストレートな内容。サウンドはややジャズ寄りで1枚目をよりアコースティックにした内容。とにかく1枚目は一線級の生身のVocal Albumです。2枚目のほうも前作の延長線上でそれぞれQualityは高く、4HeroやCommonとの共演作など聴きどころも少なくない。
