| Faith Evansの5年ぶりの5作目。Capitolを1作で去り、自身のレーベルからのリリースとなる。Bady Boyからデビューして15年たち、4児の母にもなって、随分しっとりと落ち着いた雰囲気のアルバムに仕上がっている。統一感があって、まとまりも良い。Trackはミッド〜スローが中心で、最近の音を控えめにとりいれつつ、Jazzyで大人っぽい曲の比重も増している。特に、Faithのシルキーな声には、後者がぴったりマッチしている。全体的に哀愁感はあるが、暗くはないので、夜聴くのに丁度よい作品だ。 | ||
