Brandyの2年ぶりの作品。その間に出産、離婚を経験し、ティーンのころの面影はだいぶ薄れて大人のソウルアルバムとなっている。前半はのりのよいトラック中心、ラストに向けてしっとりしたスローな曲が並ぶが、メインプロデューサーにTimbalandを迎えているだけあって、音的には凝ったつくりで、Timbalandらしい先鋭さも見ることができる。静かだった2004年前半の女性R&Bの決定打ともいえる作品。
