リリース前にNapsterにリークされてしまったため半年かけて練り直されやっと発売にいたったというUsherの3作目。大物Producer達により、じっくりとRefineされた佳作ばかり。しっとりゆったりした大人のTrackが中心だが、Neptunesによるひねりのきいた作品がアクセントになっている。Enhanced CDになっていて、I Don't KnowのPV,作品にたいするUsherのコメントなどが楽しめる。
