約3年振りとなるSolangeのアルバム4作目。前作と同じように、短い曲をインターバルで繋いでいく構成だが、内容はだいぶ違って、かなりの実験作となっている。ゆったり目で、ときにはメローでジャジーなTrackがベースになるが、メロディにサビ、フックがほぼないのが最大の特徴で、短いフレーズを時に断片的に紡いでいる。茫洋としたサウンドにSolangeの囁くような抑えたVocalが浮遊しているのだが、そのVocalもバックの演奏や効果音などと同じ扱いで、それらが相俟って深淵な空間を作り出している。そこそこ豪華なGuestも全然目立ったなくて、ある意味コマーシャリズムを否定しているのかなとも思ってしまう。
