MP3やZipディスクでのインターネットでの販売などによって、Hip-Hopファン以外でも話題になったPublic Enemyの新作。もちろんCDでも購入可能。所属をAtomic Popに変更し、自由度の高いproduceが可能になったようだ。時流に迎合しない硬派なrap albumに仕上がっており、曲も無駄な音数が少なくストレートアヘッド(?)なものが多い。かといって疲れることなく最後まで聞きとおせます。
