Nerdってオタクって意味ですよね。CDジャケットでもTVゲームやってるし。そんなN.E.R.Dはご存知今をときめくProducer Team :NeptunesのChad FugoとPharell WilliamsにCene Thorntonを加えた3人組み。日本では2001夏のリリースだが、USでは2002春リリースとなった。今まで黒子に徹してきた彼らが自身のアルバムとしてリリースしてきたのは意外にも全体的にはロックよりの内容。他のProducerによるアルバムと違い基本的にゲスト無しで自身のアーティスト能力でのみ勝負している。唄やRapは一線級とはいえないが、どのtrackも一ひねり利いていて、さすがというところか。
