そのルックスや言動と相俟って、今や大物の風格を漂わせるproducer/ songwriter/ singer/ rapperの一人４役Missy Elliottの２作目（本人は意外と小柄らしい）。全体的にクールで抑えた(やや暗めな)作りで、同じようなBPMの曲が続くが、豪華なゲスト陣の配置もきまり、多彩な構成になっていて、まったく飽きさせません。本人が一番気を配っているというフックのできもよく、個人的にはこういう歌とrapが適度に混ざったアルバムが好みなのでハマッています。Timbalandとのコラボレーションも見事。enhanced CDになっていて、she's a bitchのプロモが見られます。
