IANAHBシリーズとしては2作目となる、Lil Wayne、2年ぶりのアルバム。Tha Carterシリーズとの明確な違いは今一不明。最近、Track面では落ち着きつつあってサプライズが無くなった気もするが、Trap的なのが一曲有ったり、ロックっぽいのがあったりするところが特徴といえそうだ。唄あるいは唄うようなRapが多かったりもしている。サウス中心に若手Guest, Producer起用で、今のサウスを体現しているアルバムなのであろう。好きにやりつつも、まとまりはある気がする。
