デビュー作でいきなり高評価を得たLupe Fiascoの約1年ぶり2作目。その自信によるものだろう、著名Producerの起用は無く、有名GuestもSnoopくらいで、ほぼ身内による作られたアルバムだ。そのうえアルバムのコンセプトを明確にし、ストーリー性を持たせたことにより、前作以上にまとまりがよく、一体感のあるアルバムになった。デビュー作中のTrackであり,ハスラーがゾンビとして蘇るという"The Cool"を膨らませたコンセプトによって、アメリカンコミック的で、しばしオカルト的でダークな印象を持つところなどは他のHip-Hopアルバムとは完全に一線を画している。ただ、力の抜けたよどみないフローのほうは相変わらずだ。
