ソロデビュー作でR&Bシンガーとして一本立ちし、"元*Nsyncの"という枕詞もいらなくなったJustin Timberlakeの2作目。最近好調のTimbalandがDanjaとともに、ほとんどのトラックのProduceを手がけるだけあって、サウンドのほうはまさにフューチャリスティックで尖がっている。80年代っぽいものを含めて、のりの良いアップなものが多数でが、かえってスロー(12)の趣が心地よい。Justinのやや頼りない声も意外と音には合っている。
