The RootsやCommonとの共演で実力を見せはじめたJill Scottのデビュー作。もともとポエトリーリーディングをしてたそうで、そんな曲も含まれており、Lyricも全曲彼女自身によるもの。アルバム全体の印象を一言で言うとジャジーでメロー。そんな雰囲気を決定付けてるのは出身地フィラデルフィア人脈のA Touch Of Jazzの面々によるProduceによるところが大きい。秋の夜長にお薦めします。
